Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 18 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.Proven experience managing large-scale client accounts with budgets exceeding USD 500K.Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating large, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.Exceptional executive presence with the ability to advise, influence, and engage senior clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong orientation toward results, innovation, and operational discipline.Strong data fluency: ability to interpret and leverage analytics across earned, owned, and paid platforms to drive decision-making.Digitally fluent with a solid understanding of digital transformation and the evolving media landscape.Committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a reputation for ethical, open, and transparent leadership.Experience in compliance leadership, including oversight of mandatory training and regulatory adherence.
