Manager, Software Development, AGI-Data Services

**This is an experimental role to support a business pilot and can potentially span up to 12 months**

As an SDM for Domain Expert Leads (Coding), you'll lead a new team of software engineers to define what “good data” looks like for the training of LLM models. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to team members, who will be auditing, as well as providing key insights and feedback on Coding data. Your responsibilities will ensure data excellence through strategic oversight of high-quality data output, while supporting iterative development and improvement of the audit tooling. This position directly impacts the effectiveness and reliability of our AI solutions by maintaining the highest standards of data quality while building capability within the broader team.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10+ coding Domain Expert Leads, build and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
- Create effective metrics to measure team performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define quality audit tooling vision, roadmap, and create impactful solutions.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards, foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and technical excellence.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects in an intrapreneurial environment.
- Champion domain knowledge sharing across multiple channels and teams to maintain data quality excellence and standardization
