We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:

The Manager, Machine Learning will be responsible for developing and deploying models that solve key business problems and enhance user experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and build machine learning models for a variety of business use cases.
• Work with data engineers to collect, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
• Develop prototypes and conduct experiments to validate model approaches.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into live systems.
• Regularly communicate technical concepts and results to peers and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in machine learning and apply them as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong foundation in machine learning theory, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Practical knowledge of model evaluation and deployment in production environments.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$107300 to $259600
