• Drive community engagement and culture through flagship events (e.g., Data Science Summit, GuildFest), regular forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that celebrate impact and best practices.
• Advance AI & Data Science learning and upskilling, partnering with Learning & Development to deliver role-based pathways aligned to Mastercard’s Learning Framework, from AI Literacy to AI Fluency and AI Impact.
• Own Guild knowledge platforms and content, ensuring AI resources, training materials, and community contributions are current, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide insights and thought leadership, bringing external trends, benchmarks, and best practices into the Guild and partnering with Communications to highlight community impact.
• Measure and improve impact, defining and tracking engagement, learning adoption, and AI impact metrics to continuously refine Guild programs and demonstrate business value.

• Proven community or program leadership, with experience leading communities of practice, enablement programs, or large-scale learning and engagement initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic program management skills, including the ability to set vision, execute multi workstream programs, and apply change management principles to drive adoption.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable engaging technical audiences, presenting insights, and serving as a visible advocate for AI and data science initiatives.
• A learning and development mindset, with experience or strong interest in technical upskilling, adult learning principles, and building practical, role-relevant learning experiences.
• Innovation and external perspective, staying current on AI trends and translating industry insights into actionable community and learning priorities.
• Leadership and mentorship experience, with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence through collaboration rather than authority.
• A global mindset, with comfort working across regions and time zones and occasional travel for major events.
• Strong Interest AI and Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
• Preferred - hands-on experience delivering data-driven or AI-powered solutions.
• Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
