The Role

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who loves to build, experiment, and ship. You'll work on AI systems that blend language models, agents, and real-time insights - everything from chatbot automation to advocate assistance tools that help humans do their best work.

You'll explore new AI techniques, prototype ideas, and turn experiments into production systems that make a real impact. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced engineers and cross-functional partners who share a passion for human-centered AI and you'll grow your skills while helping millions of people get the help they need, faster.

You Will

• Apply AI and ML techniques to automate workflows, using AI tools to explore new ideas and accelerate development.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable ML systems and tools, working with guidance from more senior engineers.
• Work with product, design, and platform teams to turn support requirements and insights into scalable AI solutions.
• Apply curiosity and care when experimenting with AI - balancing innovation with responsibility and respect for the customer experience.
• Prototype and iterate on ideas using modern AI frameworks, including prompt tuning to llm-based workflows.
• Maintain high code quality and documentation, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

You Have

• 2+ years of experience in (or equivalent) in software or machine learning engineering.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), agents, and the end-to-end ML workflow
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and integrate with existing systems.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and contributing to team-level projects.
• Stays current with modern AI engineering practices, continuously learning new frameworks, tools, and coding workflows that use AI to accelerate development and deepen technical insight
• A hands-on, experimental mindset who enjoys testing ideas, exploring options, and learning from what works.
