The Team:

As part of the Global G&A Systems team, you will be working closely with partners across our people, culture, accounting, and finance teams to enrich and integrate data and automate processes through code, computer vision, and AI. Our team organizes our project work on a Scrum framework to focus on continuous delivery and we are always willing to challenge the status quo.

The role:

The Integrations Engineer supports our end to end integrations stack. This person will be responsible for delivering enhancement projects to our existing toolset and providing ongoing support for our people/culture/finance/accounting integrations. Our current tools include but are not limited to Workday, Zuora, Greenhouse, and our own Celonis applications.

The work you’ll do

Provide functional and technical expertise to drive solution design
Driving resolution of integration systems ticket backlog
Designing and developing integration systems enhancements
Leading the rollout and adoption of new functionalities like bi-annual releases
Custom report development
Custom integration development
Communicating the progress of projects to stakeholders
Supporting new software evaluations or updates to existing tools to ensure they meet business requirements
Supporting other core systems teams (HCM and ERP)

The qualifications you need

1-4 years Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Financials, or similar technologies
Familiarity with XSLT/XPath/XML
Understanding of integrations, including but not limited to SOAP APIs, REST APIs, Authentication, and writing/maintaining code
Familiarity with computer vision (OCR) and AI API structure (request and response)
Proven Project Delivery Experience
