As an HR Coordinator you will make an impact on our onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement, and compliance. This is the most junior role on a three-person team supporting HR administration and special projects. The best candidate has an understanding of HR practices and concepts via college courses, certifications, internships and is interested in building a solid foundation through hands-on exposure and collaboration.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $50,000 to $70,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into account a wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
