We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic & Video Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of creativity and technical expertise to design compelling visual content across various media. You will be responsible for creating both graphic and video content that aligns with our brand, engages our audience, and supports our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

Video Production: Produce high-quality video content from concept to completion, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs and video content are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.

Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Project Management: Lead and manage multiple design projects from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality output that meets the project goals and deadlines.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, external agencies and other teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across all platforms and incorporate feedback.

Problem-Solving: Address creative challenges with practical and innovative solutions, continuously improving the quality of the final output.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual content remains fresh and relevant.

File Management: Organize and maintain design assets and video files for easy access and future use and continuously improve design quality.
