Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategies for new product introductions (NPI) and sustaining operations.

• Drive supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiation in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals.

• Collaborate closely with contract manufacturers (CMs) and joint development manufacturers (JDMs) globally to support ramp readiness, quality control, and cost optimization.

• Lead integrated demand/supply planning processes across regional teams and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and implement should-cost models and strategic pricing frameworks to support negotiations and long-term supplier agreements.

• Mitigate risks by building redundancy, managing capacity, and monitoring geopolitical, regulatory, and operational risks.

• Champion digital transformation initiatives, including supply chain visibility tools, automation, and analytics.

• Manage logistics and distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

• Partner with sustainability and compliance teams to ensure responsible sourcing and ESG alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain or operations roles in high-tech or consumer electronics industries.

• Experienced in working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Deep understanding of the New Product Introductions (NPI) process and phase gates.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and international trade compliance.

• Established global supply chain network in support of electromechanical and silicon components sourcing and integration.

• Prior experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs), ODMs, and Tier 1 suppliers.

• Deep understanding of APAC manufacturing ecosystems and regional logistics.

• Demonstrated experience managing global CMs and JDMs in hardware production environments.

• Skilled in developing should-cost models and executing complex price negotiation strategies.

• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics platforms.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations in North America.

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical design cycles.

• Deep understanding of APAC (China +) manufacturing ecosystems and regional logistics.

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., RBA, carbon footprint analysis).
