Invisible is scaling the world’s largest network of expert contributors who train and evaluate AI systems. We need a contract recruiter who can ramp hundreds of specialized AI Trainer roles—linguists, domain PhDs, software engineers—at start‑up speed while safeguarding candidate quality and experience. AI projects spin up overnight and disappear just as fast. Your job is to keep our trainer pipeline ahead of demand by blending high‑volume sourcing tactics with white‑glove candidate care.
In this role you will partner closely with marketplace leadership and project operations to forecast hiring spikes, define trainer profiles, and build SLA‑driven recruiting plans. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job ads and sourcing passive talent to screening, interview orchestration, and offer negotiation.
High‑velocity sourcing is essential: you’ll wield LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced ATS searches, referrals, niche forums, and Boolean or X‑ray strings to surface hard‑to‑find experts within hours rather than weeks. Just as important, you will steward a warm bench of qualified candidates so future trainer requests can be filled on 24‑hour notice. Throughout the process, you’ll provide a world‑class candidate experience by sending clear updates, coordinating assessments, and serving as each applicant’s single point of contact. Success will be measured and refined through data; you’ll track time‑to‑fill, pass‑through rates, and candidate NPS, presenting weekly insights and adjustments.
To thrive here, you should have a proven record of filling contract or consulting roles at volume across multiple domains and seniorities, along with deep fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and sourcing extensions. You can pivot from strategic workforce planning to hands‑on outreach in minutes, and you’re equally comfortable pitching a PhD candidate or negotiating terms with a project lead. Your decisions are guided by metrics, and you stay current on global hiring regulations and best practices.
We offer a pay range of $25-to- $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. 100% fully remote. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
