What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Gen AI Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered backend and agentic workflows that transform how our engineering teams develop, build, test, and operate at scale. You will drive technical direction, mentor others, and champion cross-team initiatives in areas such as CI/CD optimization, observability, and knowledge discovery.
 

You will:

• Architect and implement Gen AI solutions and workflows that leverage LLMs to enhance engineering productivity
• Guide design decisions and influence technical direction across global teams
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, and secure MCP server integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, AI-powered engineering solutions
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Essential Requirements

• Deep experience in backend and DevOps/platform engineering, with strong architectural judgment
• Hands-on expertise with Gen AI frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable systems including MCP server integrations
• Experience guiding design decisions and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence teams across geographies

Desirable Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
