We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into revenue management and performance metrics.

Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Experienced in corporate and individual taxation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CMA) is preferred.

5+ years experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

Proficiency in financial report writing and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and revenue management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Rich Big 4 experience is a plus.

Bilingual in both English & Chinese is a strong plus

Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $140,000 - $160,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
