We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to streamline our finance processes in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will bring an ability to learn and adapt quickly, ensuring efficient financial operations and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Streamline and optimize finance processes for India operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to align with company goals.Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial data and influence business decisions.

Manage accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA, is required.

Must have over 5 years of proven experience in a finance role, ideally within a startup environmentStrong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, local tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

High adaptability, with a willingness to learn and apply new processes.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Experience in process improvement and automation within finance functions.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in financial management.
