About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple region.

This role is crucial in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and supporting strategic decisions within the region.

The Finance Manager will lead process enhancements, ensure the efficient delivery of Finance services, and offer strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making and improve operational effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across regional entities, ensuring alignment with corporate and local standards.

  • Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across the region.

  • Ensure proper implementation and adherence to internal controls and corporate governance policies.

  • Manage and coordinate external and internal audits, including working closely with audit firms and country finance teams.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax and regulatory requirements in all countries under your responsibility.

  • Support country-level finance managers and collaborate with business units to drive financial efficiency.

  • Lead regional initiatives to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational performance.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Assist in due diligence, financial assessments, and integration projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Fully qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.

  • 5+ years’ experience, with at least 3 years in Big 4 audit.

  • Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations across different markets.

  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel skills.

  • Strong grasp of IFRS, GAAP, tax, and audit practices in cross-border environments. Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
