AMD together we advance_ Job Summary AMD is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Investor Relations (IR) team. This role is essential to the seamless execution of IR activities, including quarterly earnings, investor meetings, and key external-facing events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Investor Relations team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive-level support. Event Preparation: Assist in the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, analyst days, and other key investor events. Meeting Logistics: Schedule internal and external meetings with investors, analysts, and executives. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries as needed for IR events. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships related to the IR function, including oversight of contracts, renewals, and invoice processing. Investor Communications: Support the IR team in handling AMD investor communications, including responding to routine inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up. Operational Support: Help with day-to-day IR team needs, such as compiling reports, maintaining records, arranging executive meetings, and processing expense reports. Website Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of content on the AMD Investor Relations website, working with web and content teams as needed. CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate records of investor interactions and event participation in the CRM system to support tracking, reporting, and relationship management. Qualifications Executive or administrative assistant experience, ideally in a finance, investor relations, or corporate environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable working with online collaboration tools Experience with calendar and travel management for multiple stakeholders Familiarity with financial communications or investor relations is a plus #LI-SD1 #LI-Hybrid Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
