Enterprise Software Admin, MES/PLM

Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

We are looking for an enterprise software admin to help set up our MES and PLM system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of our MES and PLM system
• Lead the system configuration, customization, tests and deployment of MES and PLM environments
• Coordinate the integration of the PLM and MES systems with other enterprise software, develop custom connectors as needed
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users
• Conduct thorough testing of the systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring that the system meets quality standards and performance requirements
• Create and maintain documentation related to the system implementation, including system configurations, workflows, user guides, and training materials
• Lead software upgrades

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in implementing PLM and MES systems
• Experience with system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration
• Deep understanding of best practices and design tradeoffs
• Strong ability to develop requirements and get team sign off on implementation
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
