The Context

We have the massive computing resources of a tech giant ($1.3B+ funding) but the agility of a small, yet powerful startup. Our research team is building the brain (Multimodal AGI), but we need you to build the body that allows it to interact with the corporate world.

The Role

Enterprises are deterministic; AI is probabilistic. Your job is to build the robust translation layer that sits between our fluid, generative models and the rigid, security-conscious environments of our partners and customers. You will work directly with researchers to wrap frontier capabilities in the enterprise-grade reliability, security, and observability that the market demands.

The Build

Deterministic Security: Build authentication (SSO/SAML) and identity layers that impose strict order and access control on our generative capabilities.
The API of Trust: Architect the external-facing APIs that allow Fortune 500 companies to integrate our intelligence into their workflows with confidence.
Invisible Complexity: Create the backend logic that handles billing, credits, and team management, abstracting the complexity of massive GPU inference away from the customer.

The DNA

Systems Authority: You have been the go-to person for high-stakes technical decisions involving authentication, security, or API design.
Code as Craft: You are a Python expert who writes code that is secure by default and scalable by design.
Founder Mentality: You have done this before. You have seen the movie where a startup scales to enterprise, and you know exactly what infrastructure needs to be built to survive the transition.
