Engineering Manager, Client Team

We’re looking for a Senior Manager who is genuinely excited about this future and can lead a team of talented engineers making significant contributions to our web and mobile products. What you’ll do

• Be both a highly technical and incredibly effective people manager for the teams building both our web and mobile clients

• Drive roadmap creation and execution and participate in technical design discussions

• Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing high performing and highly technical teams building consumer products and features

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams including: performance management, up-leveling individuals & teams, and building and/or fostering team culture

• Experience working in a consumer company either as an IC or manager
