About the Team

Join our dynamic AI organization as a Director AI Outbound Product Management.! We are the driving force behind the global adoption and success of our AI agent portfolio. As a senior leader, you will oversee the outbound product strategy, ensuring our pioneering AI solutions are not only innovative but also deeply resonant with market needs and customer workflows.

About the Role

In this role, you will scale our outbound functions and mentor a team of high-performing Product Managers. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between sophisticated AI technical execution and tangible customer value.

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build and Lead: Mentor and develop Principal and Senior Outbound Product Managers, encouraging a growth mindset and deep domain expertise in AI/ML.

  • Scale the Function: Define the standard for how the outbound PM organization operates, from "Source of Truth" content management to global launch orchestration.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the liaison between AI Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless alignment across all AI initiatives.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence:

  • Synthesize Global Insights: Lead the Voice of Customer (VoC) strategy, transforming raw adoption data and feedback from multiple agent teams into a cohesive strategic vision.

  • Drive the AI Roadmap: Influence the long-term AI roadmap by analyzing global industry trends and competitive intelligence to ensure market-leading differentiation across the portfolio.

  • Outcome-Driven Decisions: Lead the analytics for AI agent usage and adoption, providing executive-level recommendations that improve customer realization of value.

Evangelism & Adoption:

  • Drive AI Adoption: Develop and implement AI adoption strategies to scale across the product portfolio collaborating across Sales, CX, and other collaborators to provide the right level of deal and customer support for the agent portfolio. 

  • Amplify the Vision: Craft and deliver compelling narratives that connect foundational AI/ML capabilities to business outcomes, serving as a key spokesperson for our AI strategy.

  • Market Positioning: Oversee the creation of high-impact product strategy content and technical presentations for diverse, high-level audiences.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic customer engagement, product management, or outbound product management within the SaaS industry.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically leading product management teams.

  • 4+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies, agentic workflows, and their business applications.

Other Qualifications:

  • Technical Credibility: Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including model training, MLOps, and data pipelines.

  • Strategic Influence: Proven track record to influence executive-level collaborators and technical roadmaps without direct authority.

  • Analytical Rigor: Expertise in interpreting complex performance and business metrics to derive actionable customer intelligence.

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding skills in storytelling and "translating" technical complexity into clear business value.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $232,000 USD - $348,000 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $196,100 USD - $348,000 USD
