As a Developer Advocate at LandingAI, you will lead our efforts to bring Visual AI innovation to organizations and developers building vision-enabled applications. You will work closely with our team of engineering, AI and product experts to grow engagement with application developers through educational technical content. The ideal candidate is curious about advances in AI and vision technologies and enjoys sharing their learnings through sample code, tutorials and video guides.

Compensation Structure:

Competitive US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$180,000, plus equity and benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Position LandingAI as the leading Visual AI application building platform within developer and ML engineering communities.

Create high-quality content, including sample applications, how-to guides, technical blogs, hands-on workshops and video walkthroughs, to increase engagement with developers.

Partner with product and engineering teams to develop joint solution architectures, demos and presentations.

Nurture relationships with key external influencers and participate in online and in-person meetups related to AI and vision.

Develop a personal brand and influence in the Visual AI space.

Here’s the background we would like you to have:

Enjoy constantly expanding your knowledge and understanding of the evolving AI landscape.

Have a passion for writing and sharing about innovative technologies.

Can communicate complex technical topics to audiences of varying technical skill levels.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred: 5 years of software development experience.

Preferred: Coding experience in Python.

Preferred: Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

Bonus:

Experience driving engagement on social media channels.

Comfortable speaking at conferences and meetups.

Contributions to blogs/technical articles or open-source projects.

We are headquartered in Palo Alto CA. While we are open to remote workers in the U.S. as long as you are GMT -8/PT time zone, local and active presence is a significant plus (SF Bay Area or Seattle/Bellevue preferred)
