Data Engineer Manager, ShipTech Analytics

As a Data Engineering Manager, you'll lead one of our core engineering teams responsible for building and scaling mission-critical data products that power worldwide operations business decisions. In this role, you'll drive technical excellence while building and mentoring a high-performing team of data engineers. You'll be responsible for architecting scalable solutions that process petabytes of data daily, serving diverse user personas from front-line operators to corporate leadership. We expect you to bring strong technical acumen combined with strategic thinking to solve complex problems at scale, while maintaining high operational standards and driving innovation in both traditional analytics and AI/ML domains.

Key job responsibilities
- Delivery of robust, scalable data solutions supporting WW Operations data infrastructure;
- Enhancement of real-time analytics capabilities serving WW Operations leaders;
- Innovation in AI-powered insights through our PerfectSensei platform, including GenAI applications
- Leadership in data governance, quality standards, and responsible AI practices across the organization
- Implementation of cutting-edge GenAI solutions for automated reporting, dignostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics.
