    TEAM
    Our mission is to advance self-driving technology through data-driven development. Becoming number one in the self-driving industry requires agile software development. In order to improve the speed and quality of software development, it is necessary to reproduce scenes that combine real vehicle data and simulations and to develop software efficiently using them to cope with the extremely large number of complex traffic scenes that occur in the market. It is important to make it available for use. The App Tool Chain team uses agile development methods to develop simulations and utilize them to build test environments for autonomous driving software.     WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
    Our mission is to provide an advanced and efficient development and evaluation environment for the development of autonomous driving systems. In doing so, we combine actual vehicle data and simulation to achieve a high degree of freedom while maintaining high accuracy. We are developing a system that can accelerate daily software development. Therefore, we are looking for people who have the necessary skills to analyze actual vehicle data, physical simulation technology, and build a SILS environment. As for past work experience, You have communicated with many stakeholders and developed software based on needs, You have developed medium-sized or larger products while controlling outsourcing, and You have It is desirable to have experience in related software development/evaluation and experience in development/evaluation using xILS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of highly accurate and fast operating technology that combines actual vehicle data and simulation
  • Building an evaluation environment (SILS/MILS)
  • Building an automatic evaluation platform (CI/CD)
  • Implementation of communication functionality between simulation and autonomous driving software stacks
  • Research and proposal of new autonomous driving system development technology

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 3 years of implementation experience in either C or C++ programming language
  • 3 or more years of work experience in automotive software development or simulation development
  • 3+ years of experience working in a team in medium-sized or larger product development projects
  • Working experience both in English and Japanese

    NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience in developing automated driving systems and evaluation tools
  • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure using cloud environments, on-premise servers, etc.
  • Familiarity with system architecture design and development processes
  • Fluent Japanese reading and writing
