Your role at Hostinger

As a Marketing Data Analytics Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hostinger's data-driven marketing strategy. You will build and lead a team of marketing data analysts to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, raising the bar for quality and speed of delivery. You will own and enhance the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

Your day-to-day

Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.

Oversee execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes.

Build, lead, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.

Collaborate with key marketing team stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities.

Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.

Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team.

Your skills and experience

Strong hiring, onboarding, and leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential

A relentless drive for achieving ambitious goals through data analysis, coupled with uncompromising standards for quality and speed of delivery.

Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channel performance differences, and marketing attribution concepts.

Extensive hands-on data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL & Data visualization tools (we use Tableau).

Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.

Stakeholder management experience with effective collaboration within the marketing team.

Innovative thinking & results-oriented attitude that drives continuous improvement.
