About the Role:

As a Data Analyst II, you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native reporting tools.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
Partner with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles (Must Have).
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation (Must Have).
Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and storytelling (Must Have).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards (Must Have).
Python/R for data manipulation and automation (Good to Have).
Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations (Preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences (Must Have).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy (Must Have).
