We are seeking an experienced and passionate Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to help establish Sanas as a thought leader in the industry. Your mission will be to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives desired business outcomes. You will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand's vision, ensuring that our content stands out in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and produce a variety of content, including articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, and social media posts that align with the company’s objectives.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to create and implement a content strategy that positions Sanas as a thought leader in the industry.

Audience Engagement: Craft content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and fosters a sense of community around our brand.

Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitive analysis to inform content creation and ensure relevance.

Content Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase its visibility and reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product, sales, and customer service, to ensure content aligns with business goals and effectively communicates key messages.

Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.

Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve future content and achieve business objectives.

Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content production and publication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in content production, with a portfolio showcasing a range of content types.

Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement tactics.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and content distribution platforms.

Experience with multimedia content creation, including video, podcasting, and graphic design, is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
