WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provide project management support for the VP of Engineering and managing a complex calendar

Lead and manage special projects, such as creating workflows to improve cross-functional collaboration, data tracking, or improving internal processes related to aircraft development or engineering milestones

Assist in research and customer facing activities

Take charge of fostering an engaging culture in our Frisco office

Handle administrative tasks like time management for the team, recruiting reqs, travel, expense reports, etc.

Organize meetings for the team, including design reviews and external meetings

Assist in managing program schedules for aircraft development

Polish slides for meetings, put together documents as needed

Assist in recruiting activities, including LinkedIn sourcing / calling candidates / scheduling interviews

Perform additional ad-hoc tasks to support the success and growth of both the engineering team and the wider business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5-10+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or executive assistant roles with a strong focus on engineering or technical teams

Proven ability to take initiative, remain proactive, and manage complex projects or schedules with superior attention to detail

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, technical environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and C-suite executives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience navigating both operational and strategic challenges in technical settings

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to ensure accountability for engineering action items
