About the role
We’re looking for a Chargeback Analyst with a strong interest in AI and automation to help us scale and evolve our dispute operations through technology.You’ll work alongside product managers, data scientists, and engineers to bring automation to every layer of the chargeback process — from dispute analysis to documentation generation, deadline monitoring, fraud detection, and beyond.Your main focus will be to build smart, scalable solutions using Python and AI tools (ML models, LLMs, etc.), always aligned with the evolving rules from Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex.,
What You'll Be Doing
Learn and master chargeback rules across acquiring and issuing operations (we’ll teach you)Work closely with developers to automate manual processes using PythonDesign and test automations powered by machine learning and generative AIStay up to date with card network (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex) changes and ensure operational complianceHelp translate business rules and customer needs into data-driven, scalable solutionsInvestigate dispute and fraud patterns using analytics and classification modelsBuild or improve internal tools that boost productivity and recovery efficiency,
What You Need To Succeed
