We are seeking a dynamic Business Development, Senior Manager/Director to drive our expansion efforts in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and other Southeast Asian countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven track record in client acquisition.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development, Senior Manager/Director to drive our expansion efforts in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and other Southeast Asian countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven track record in client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Work Closely with International Business Development, Director, to develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the Southeast Asian market, focusing on Singapore and Japan.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers.

Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer needs.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet local market requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or a related field (preferred but not required);

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in autonomous vehicle development or technology sectors.

Familiarity with the Southeast Asian & Japan market, with experience in client development.

Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

Frequent travel is required.
