Job Description

The AI & Technical Training Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing Nasdaq’s strategic vision by designing and delivering scalable, data-informed technology-oriented training experiences. This role blends strategic thinking, instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development to super-charge the growth of high-performing teams across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Learning Strategy - Lead the upskilling of employees to facilitate the integration of AI tools into workflows to enhance personalization, adoption and efficiency. 
  • Instructional Design & Delivery - Develop and deploy effective technical training programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Training Vendor Management - ensure our external eLearning platforms deliver impactful results across our technical knowledge and skills landscape.
  • Learning Analytics - measure learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technology-related online learning platforms, live classroom training and learning analytics.
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

The base pay range for this role is $115,500 - $192,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
