Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and visionary AI Server Platform Systems Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be at the helm of solution-level engineering for AI enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplined engineering team and partner with other leaders within Dell’s cross-functional organization, driving excellence and innovation in every aspect of your project, managing high-complexity AI products through the entire lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Architectural Discussions: Engage with internal Dell team members, vendors, and technical partners across global sites to drive architectural excellence in product design. Portfolio Mindset: You will drive solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.  

• Manage Development Efforts: Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery. 

• Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success. Subsystem Integration: Work across subsystems including hardware design for high-speed signal circuit boards, CPU & memory complexes, GPUs and accelerators, network devices and fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, direct liquid cooling solutions, AC-DC and DC-DC power architectures, Dell iDRAC systems management software, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, enterprise operating systems, and data center rack-solution designs. 

• Root Cause Analysis and Defect Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards. Test Plan Architecture: Design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability. 

• Business Acumen: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers’ needs.
