Where You Come In

You will architect the backbone of our agentic platform. This role involves transforming creative, non-deterministic agent behaviors into reliable, scalable systems. You will build the infrastructure that allows complex reasoning engines to serve millions of creators with low latency and high fidelity.

What You Will Build

Production-Grade Agents: Architect the backend systems that make agentic workflows scalable, observable, and performant.
Orchestration Layers: Design high-throughput systems capable of managing asynchronous multi-step tasks across video generation and reasoning models.
Reliability in Chaos: Build frameworks to manage the non-deterministic nature of LLMs and VLMs, ensuring consistent quality for end-users.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Systems Authority: You have a track record of building and scaling complex backend infrastructure, ideally involving asynchronous processing or distributed systems.
Agentic Specialization: You have professional experience architecting the stack for AI products, moving beyond simple API calls to complex state management.
Engineering Rigor: You possess expert-level fluency in Python and modern cloud infrastructure, with a focus on code quality and maintainability.
