About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Prompt Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing LLMs in various contexts within our company to streamline and improve our day-to-day operations.

This position is hybrid, at least 2x a week at our office in Pinheiros, São Paulo

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and implement prompts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency

Experiment with and explore new ways to utilize LLMs in various departments within the company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for LLMs implementation and provide solutions

Continuously test and optimize prompts for improved performance

Fine-tune the LLMs models for different use cases to ensure optimal performance and accuracy

What You Need to Succeed:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly

Strong attention to detail

No specific background in AI or natural language model is required, but the candidate should have practical experience with the subject
