Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Technical Expertise: Design and implement AI models and algorithms tailored to cross-border regulation compliance

Documentation Handling: Develop and optimize AI solutions for processing and analyzing legal and regulatory documentation, with a focus on PDF formats

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to align AI strategies with business goals and objectives

Collaboration: Partner with other departments, including product development and compliance, to integrate AI capabilities into our platform effectively

Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience leading AI teams, managing full project lifecycles from concept to deployment, and working with Proprietary and Open-source LLM models

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AI, machine learning, and data science, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models

Domain Knowledge: Experience with legal and regulatory documentation, particularly in PDF formats, is highly desirable

Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
