We are seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer to join our small, innovative team revolutionizing the way people search and interact with the internet. You will be responsible for automating and operating AI training and inference systems, ensuring efficient and scalable operations.

Responsibilities

Build automation that accelerates AI development and streamlines deployment processes.
Deploy and manage load balancers, proxies, and other platform components.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Kubernetes YAML files that adhere to best practices and avoid unnecessary duplication.
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, ensuring high availability and system health.
Develop and maintain functional test infrastructure for AI models.
Participate in on-call rotation for our public API product.

Qualifications

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).
Experience with infrastructure as code, version control tools, and CI/CD.
Proficiency in managing configuration systems, including that of Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with productionizing AI models is a plus.
Experience with Terraform, AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog is a plus.
A solid understanding of security best practices.
4+ years of experience managing Linux systems.

Our cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000.

Building upon our Series A earlier this year, we’ve now raised $100 million to date.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
