About the role

Join our AI Platform team to shape the future of knowledge sharing through advanced AI applications. You'll work on search, retrieval, and AI model integration, applying your engineering skills to practical AI challenges. This role combines solid backend/data engineering with deep AI expertise, focusing on implementing and optimizing AI-powered features rather than research.

In this role, you will

• Lead the development of AI-powered features that transform data into actionable insights

• Build and maintain core AI infrastructure, including search systems and retrieval algorithms

• Implement and optimize LLM integrations

• Work across the stack to deliver AI capabilities that enhance knowledge sharing

Your background looks something like

• Strong experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, and various prompting techniques

• Proven track record in backend engineering and practical AI implementation

• Ability to approach problems with rigorous experimentation and evaluation

• Experience with recommendation systems or natural language processing

• Deep understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations
