We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our digital operations team and lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. This role is critical for demonstrating the value of AI initiatives and securing future funding for 2026 budget planning. The successful candidate will deliver 1-2 high-impact projects within the next 3 months that showcase the transformative potential of AI in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Implementation

Design and build AI workflows and automation solutions for various business use cases
Develop and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) applications and chatbot systems
Create GenAI-powered email template generation and workflow automation tools
Implement prompt engineering strategies for dynamic content generation
Build proof-of-concepts for 2-3 selected high-priority use cases

Technical Development

Develop applications using Python and Next.js frameworks
Work with the EG data platform to integrate AI solutions
Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable AI deployments
Collaborate on turning designs into automated code solutions
Support automated QA and testing processes using AI tools

Strategic AI Integration

Partner with marketing teams to create tailored, AI-generated content for specific campaigns
Automate business processes including email marketing, template generation, and workflow optimization
Scale data engineering capabilities into AI through training and technology stack development
Work with external partners and proprietary services to enhance automation capabilities

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Essential: Strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and applications
Essential: Advanced Python programming skills
Essential: Experience with AWS cloud platform and services
Essential: Next.js development experience
Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM models
Proficiency with AI workflow development and automation
Experience with chatbot development and conversational AI
Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
Familiarity with the EG data platform (preferred)

Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
Proven track record of delivering AI projects from concept to production
Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations
Background in automated testing and QA processes using AI tools
Experience with design-to-code automation solutions (preferred)
