A Little About Us:

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help design and implement intelligent automations, AI-driven tools, and digital agents across our People Team.
 

You’ll partner with HR leaders, People Technology, and cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes, deploy AI-powered solutions, and drive efficiency across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and case management to analytics and workforce planning.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on builder who understands both HR operations and modern AI capabilities — and who’s passionate about creating practical, scalable solutions that elevate productivity and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Agent & Workflow Development

    • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and create, edit and enhance existing chatbots or agents to streamline repetitive HR processes.
       

    • Leverage LLMs, automation frameworks, and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into existing HR tools (ServiceNow / Jira / Workday / Google Workspace / Slack).
       

  • Process Automation & Optimization

    • Partner with HR Shared Services and COEs to identify manual workflows suitable for automation.
       

    • Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows using existing and new AI tools where appropriate.
       

    • Measure ROI and efficiency gains of implemented automations.
       

  • AI Tool Evaluation & Integration

    • Research emerging AI technologies, recommend best-fit tools, and support implementation pilots (e.g., document summarization, sentiment analysis, knowledge search etc.).
       

    • Collaborate with IT and Security to ensure compliance and governance of AI usage across HR.
       

  • Data & Insights

    • Partner with People Analytics to enhance data pipelines and dashboards using AI-powered analysis.
       

    • Develop prompt templates, model fine-tuning inputs, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and ethical AI use.

  • Change Enablement

    • Play a crucial role in prioritization efforts to determine focus areas to optimize impact across the People Team

    • Educate HR teams on how to effectively use AI tools and prompt strategies.
       

    • Create training guides, demos, and documentation to drive adoption and confidence

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in HR technology, process automation, people analytics, or similar function.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini Enterprise, Google Vertex AI, Glean, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLMs), prompt engineering and leading AI/automation projects end to end (ideation to adoption).

  • Strong understanding of HR systems and data (Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable platforms).

  • Proficiency in workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath, Workato).

  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
     

Preferred:

  • Background in scripting or low-code development (Python, SQL, or JavaScript familiarity a plus).

  • Experience deploying chatbots or copilots in a corporate environment.

  • Understanding of HR process frameworks (onboarding, case management/ticket flows, offboarding, recruiting, compensation etc…).

  • Familiarity with data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.

  • Reduction in manual HR ticket volume and cycle time through automation.

  • Increased HR team productivity and measurable efficiency gains.

  • Demonstrated ROI and scalability of AI initiatives across the People Team.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,625.00 - $168,125.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
