Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Adoption, Change Management, and Efficiency Tracking drives user adoption and cultural change across the organization through targeted training, playbooks, and continuous feedback loops. This role quantifies efficiencies—such as time savings and ROI—using dashboards and impact studies of the Gen AI platforms and tools in VAC. The Sr. Manager merges change initiatives with impact analytics to measure engagement, iterate on enablement strategies, and achieve high utilization rates across consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption of new Gen AI platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability on Gen AI.
  • Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for Gen AI, playbooks, and resources to support successful adoption and ongoing user engagement.
  • Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and iterating on enablement approaches.
  • Efficiency Tracking: Quantify efficiencies such as time savings and Gen AI ROI through dashboards, analytics, and impact studies.
  • Impact Analytics: Merge change initiatives with analytics to measure engagement, utilization, and overall impact.
  • Engagement Measurement: Monitor and report on adoption rates, user engagement, and enablement effectiveness across consulting teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine change management and adoption strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals and maximize impact.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of adoption strategies, training materials, and efficiency tracking processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Extensive experience in change management, user adoption, and efficiency tracking in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs, playbooks, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Strong background in impact analytics, dashboard development, and ROI measurement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving cultural change and high utilization rates.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, change management methodologies, and enterprise platforms.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and commitment to developing talent.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,700.00 to 223,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
