AMD together we advance_ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work under supervision of accountant and assist in the data collection and preparation of monthly financial reports/reconciliations including accruals, prepayment, intercompany, bank and fixed assets Maintenance of General Ledger or Fixed Asset sub-ledger Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation for those accounts under GL and FA’s ownership Assist with fixed assets inventory count and preparation of fixed asset tagging Ensuring completion of assigned tasks in line with established timeline Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports including presentation decks for management and business partners. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills Effective communication skills with good spoken and written English Independent, assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment Self-motivated, a team player and able to work under tight deadlines ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification LOCATION: Penang, Malaysia Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
