Character.AI’s Product Strategy & Operations team drives high-impact initiatives at the intersection of product, marketing, and business growth. As an MBA Intern, you’ll take on strategic projects that sharpen company direction, uncover key insights, and align cross-functional teams around what matters most.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing, and business operations — and help shape the future of a fast-growing AI company. We’re looking for someone who brings sharp thinking, analytical horsepower, and a collaborative mindset.

What you’ll do

• Lead a strategic project focused on uncovering growth opportunities through deep analysis of the competitive landscape and market dynamics

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform international expansion strategy—focusing on localization needs, user behavior, and positioning in high-potential non-US markets

• Support go-to-market planning for upcoming feature launches by mapping out timelines, target segments, and messaging opportunities across owned channels

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to product leaders and/or the executive team

What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program (required)

• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, product/marketing/business strategy and operations, or similar at a leading startup, tech/media company, or consulting firm

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• A passion for emerging technology and product strategy
